Our fitness instructors have built a variety of group fitness and Pilates classes that incorporate strength, cardio, specialties, and mind-body connections.

The Flying Horse racquet sports instructors facilitate exciting programs that accommodate all skill levels, including kids!

Our top-notch facilities include: 8 tennis courts (4 red clay courts inside our tennis dome, and 4 outdoor hard courts) and 4 pickleball courts.

Take a splash at our family-friendly atmosphere on the Flying Horse pool deck where it is always pool time with our year-round heated 25-yard lap pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs.

The seasonal adult pool, activity pool with a waterslide and basketball hoop, and the young children’s splash pad are enjoyed from mid-May through mid-September.

Located within the Athletic Club, The Spa at Flying Horse offers rejuvenating therapies and curative treatments to the public, Resort Guests, and Club Members.

From arts and crafts to holiday festivities and our date nights, your children will be in good hands with our Kids’ Cabin team leaders. Programs available to Resort Guests & Club Members.

The Athletic Grill is the perfect resting point to order healthy foods and delicious smoothies during workouts, swims, games on the courts, or after a spa treatment.
