We had the most amazing anniversary dinner . Service was awesome from the second we walked in with coat check. We were seated and had the table side cocktail experience. Our appetizers (beets and stracciatella and pork belly) were both awesome. We had shared a 42oz tomahawk cooked to a beautiful Medium rare with bone marrow butter. Dessert stole the show with a banana foster butter cake. All of our drinks were delicious with my favorite being the Barrel aged Negroni. A huge shout out to the team throughout the evening that tended to our table

I often come here for the delicious food, inviting ambiance, exceptional cocktails, and warm, attentive staff. The views from the steakhouse are absolutely breathtaking, and the entire property is stunning. The service is always top notch. While the whole team is fantastic, Carry and Harrison go above and beyond to make sure your experience is truly memorable—especially as you sip on their expertly crafted cocktails.

We sat by the window and the views of the mountains and the golf course was beautiful. Our server was very friendly and attentive to us. We were checked up on by multiple staff to ensure our experience went well. The salmon Oscar dish was amazing. Thank you for making it a good celebration. Will be coming back!

Simply amazing! One of the most beautiful spots in Colorado Springs. Beautiful views of the mountains and golf course. Part of the Flying Horse Resort and Club. I highly recommend coming to stay at the resort and dine in The Steakhouse and enjoy all the other amenities they have to offer too!

Great for a date night! The bar area is a nice sociable spot. I would totally go here for a ladies night or to watch a game or fight on the tvs, and the view of the golf course is stunning. The steaks are superb! They finish their steaks with beef tallow. Perfect temperature. The brussel sprouts are a must try. The cocktails do not disappoint. Honestly their margaritas were the best I've had in Colorado. The service is top notch. We'll be going here again!

It was truly a great experience all around. The food was excellent—we had the salmon and the bone-in ribeye, both exceeding expectations. Live music was playing near the outside fire pit just as you entered, making it a great place to grab a drink before or after dining. Our server did a fantastic job!

We are traveling and it is often very difficult to find gluten-free options for two celiac diners that leave us feeling safe AND satisfied. They had everything covered, menu, notated, even offered warm gluten-free bread that had been prepared in a separate area. Those without allergies will also find everything they want here and more!

Dining at The Steakhouse at Flying Horse was an unforgettable experience and easily one of the highlights of our time in Colorado Springs.
The food was exceptional from start to finish. The chef’s choice cut of the day was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and exactly what you’d hope for from a high-end steakhouse. The salmon topped with lump crab meat was equally impressive, rich and perfectly balanced. But the standout dish of the night had to be the Brussels sprouts glazed with pork belly—honestly one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The combination of flavors was incredible and completely elevated what you’d expect from a side.
The service took everything to another level. Laura provided an experience that felt on par with a Michelin-star restaurant—professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. She anticipated our needs without being intrusive and made the entire evening feel special.
To top it all off, they seated us at a table with a stunning view of Pikes Peak as the sun was setting, which created the perfect backdrop for our anniversary dinner. Laura even surprised us with coffee and cheesecake to celebrate, which was a thoughtful and memorable touch.
