Fortezza, meaning “castle or fortress” in Italian, is our American-Italian inspired restaurant and bistro bar serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and daily happy hour.

Conveniently located inside the East Lodge, steps away from the guest rooms, Barolo event room, and Resort amenities.

Join us on Sundays as we host our Petite Brunch Table, which offers traditional breakfast classics, international selections, bottomless mimosas, and more!

If you haven't dined at the Fortezza, you are missing a great joy. The service and dinner selections prepared by Chef, were some of the best, we've had in a long time. Our waitress went above and beyond with service. She provided a very good description of the dinner selections, and what type of beverage would go best with that food. We really couldn't ask for a more personal interaction. Chef is really a step above. I really can't say enough good things about these individuals; you should go yourself and experience it. It's well worth it. Thank you so much!
Today was our first experience at Fortezza! It was amazing. The Mimosas and food were all fantastic and our waitress provided the best service we’ve had in a very long time! She was attentive and very kind. Hats off to the pastry chef as well!
