TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ONLINE BOOKING Confirmation calls are made 2 days prior to scheduled appointment date. Guests needing to make adjustments to their spa reservations must contact The Spa and follow guidelines under the cancellation policy.

CHECK-IN PROCESS We ask that all guests arrive and check in at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment start time at the Athletic Club Front Desk or Spa Check-In Desk before proceeding downstairs to the Spa. Upon arrival into the spa, you will have the opportunity to relax in our relaxation lounge, shop and enjoy a beverage. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, the appointment time is shortened to allow providers to be on time for their next scheduled service. Full service pricing applies.

CHECK-OUT PROCESS The Spa reception desk is available to assist guests after their services are complete. Guests are welcome to enjoy the spa amenities before checking out, but must complete the check-out process before leaving the property. Please note, guests who leave property prior to check out will be charged using the card on file + automatic 20% gratuity.

AMENITIES Before or after your services, during hours of operation, The Spa offers a relaxation lounge for your enjoyment, and the Athletic Club offers a hot tub and steam room.

WHAT TO WEAR The Athletic Club Front Desk will offer a spa locker containing a robe and sandals to wear to the spa if you are receiving a massage and/or facial. For all other services, please plan to wear comfortable clothing of your choice.

LOCATION AND PARKING The Spa at Flying Horse is located on the lower level of the Athletic Club Building. Parking is complimentary.

ADVANCED BOOKINGS We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service are available.

GROUP RESERVATIONS Please call 2-4 weeks ahead for group reservations. Group reservations of 4 guests or more require a 72 - hour cancellation policy.

GRATUITY NOT INCLUDED It is customary to add a minimum of 20% gratuity for Providers. A 2.95% Retail Sales Fee (RSF) is added to all retail sales/service transactions. This fee helps offset the costs of existing and future improvements.

CANCELLATION POLICY Treatments are reserved specifically with you in mind. Please allow 48 hours advanced notice to change or cancel a single spa treatment to avoid being charged 50% of the treatment cost. For two or more services please allow 72 hours advanced notice to avoid being charged. No shows will be charged the full treatment cost. A credit card or membership number is required when booking appointments. The person scheduling and securing the appointments for a group is responsible for payment should any member of the group default.

SAME DAY MODIFICATIONS To protect the flow of our schedule and the experience of all guests, same day changes to scheduled appointments are limited and not guaranteed. Any approved same day modifications may be subject to a 20% change fee. If the requested change cannot be accommodated, the appointment will be treated as a same day cancellation.

CLEANLINESS In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

FLYING HORSE CASH CARDS An ideal gift for Spa enthusiasts, Flying Horse Cash Cards may be used towards the purchase of goods and services at The Club at Flying Horse. Cash Card must be presented at time of redemption. The Cards work like cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Available for purchase at The Spa’s front desk. RSF not included.

SPA ETIQUETTE Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please take any phone calls to the Athletic Club Lobby.

WHAT IF I’M LATE FOR MY TREATMENTS? We do ask that if you are going to be late, that you call ahead and notify the spa. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The spa reserves the right to cancel an appointment should guests arrive more than ten minutes late to their appointment and guests may be charged a late cancel fee up to 50% of treatment costs.

LOSS OR DAMAGE The Spa at Flying Horse is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

AGE REQUIREMENT The Spa at Flying Horse is an adult environment. We respectfully request that guests do not bring children to scheduled services. The Spa is reserved for guests 14 years of age and older. For massage treatments a parent or guardian must accompany guests between the ages of 14-17 in the treatment room. A parent or guardian is not permitted to receive treatment while a minor is receiving treatments.

PRENATAL We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please be advised that for your protection, we do not perform prenatal massages during the first trimester.

HEALTH CONDITIONS Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your service when making your spa reservation. A Guest Intake Form is required to be completed for all massage, body, facial, and nail treatments. This can be done online following your appointment confirmation, or in-person 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
