Colorado Transparency Law 2026

On January 1st, 2026, the Colorado Fee Transparency Law goes into effect. This law requires businesses to disclose fees associated with any transaction and provide a total price at Flying Horse Resort & Club.
A 2.95% Retail Sales Fee (RSF) is added to all retail sales/service transactions. This fee helps offset the costs of existing and future improvements.
For banquet events, an automatic 25% service charge will be added to the total, a portion of this goes to administration fees.
