Cooler days have arrived, and with them comes a new season of dining at the Club. Our fall and winter menus are now available, featuring comforting favorites, creative new dishes and seasonal flavors across The Steakhouse, Tack Room and Athletic Grill.
A New Season at The Steakhouse and Tack Room
The latest menus from The Steakhouse and Tack Room reflect the creativity of our entire Chef team. During the development process, our newest chefs were invited to contribute their own ideas, bringing fresh perspectives and flavors to the table.
New seasonal offerings include a comforting potato leek soup and a flavorful vegetarian curry, while the Unwind menu now features additional options such as fried pickles.
Guests will also find the return of popular favorites, including house-made potato gnocchi served with Wagyu short rib ragù and Parmesan, as well as the classic baked potato.
Introducing Our Tomahawk Steak
A standout addition to the butcher’s list is the new tomahawk steak. Poached in aromatic, herb-infused tallow and then cooked to order, it develops a beautiful crust and a rich depth of flavor.
Its generous size makes it an ideal dish to share, although keeping it to yourself is always an option!
Seasonal Desserts Worth Saving Room For
The dessert menu has also been completely refreshed for the season. New selections include:
Warm apples and pears with rosemary ice cream
Citrus-forward butter cake
Earl Grey crème brûlée
Each dessert offers a distinctive combination of seasonal comfort and creativity, providing the perfect finish to a fall or winter meal.
Whether you’re joining us for a relaxed bite, a special dinner or a sweet seasonal treat, we invite you to explore the new menus and discover your next favorite dish.
We look forward to welcoming you throughout the season.
Warm regards,
Chef Kate Doncilovic
PLUS New Fall Favorites at the Athletic Grill
The Athletic Grill has also made the transition to its fall menu. Members and guests can warm up with a hearty bowl of chili or try the Grill’s new seasonal flatbread option—both welcome additions for the cooler months ahead.
