The Steakhouse at Flying Horse Earns 2024 Wine Spectator Restaurant Award

The Wine Spectator’s 2024 Restaurant Awards celebrate the world’s best restaurants for wine. The Steakhouse has won the “Best of Award of Excellence” for the second year in a row. Only The Steakhouse and the Broadmoor’s Summit restaurant received such an honorary award in all of Colorado Springs.

“The restaurant industry is growing and thriving, with restaurant openings surpassing pre-pandemic levels for the first time. To take advantage of the uptick, restauranteurs are re-investing in their wine programs,” said Marvin R. Shanken, Editor and Publisher, Wine Spectator. “Restaurants that make wine a priority are what the Wine Spectator Restaurant Awards program is all about. I’m pleased to congratulate all 3,777 restaurants for their dedication to wine and exemplary wine lists.”

This is a huge property-wide, team accomplishment! Receiving the “Best of” award not once, but twice, was made by possible with the support of our Club Members in purchasing these elevated wines while dining with us and for their lockers. All of the dining outlets on property are considered by the Wine Spectator’s review and award designation. We are proud of our extensive wine lists which entails incredible attention to detail to provide the best selection to our members and guests.
